I am enough and have always been, so how did I ever look in the mirror and say some of the most hurtful things? Those were the words of people that didn't know how to love themselves and I internalized that. Not anymore. We get to show up louder and more authentically than ever. I choose to love me and I choose to let go of those that can't.
