I guide you through 3 stages. It's important that before moving onto stage 2 or 3 you feel the release of your emotions- you feel more calmness.
If it any point your emotions become too big or heavy, pause(open your eyes) and continue tapping on the points without speaking the words.
Noticing there's a shift in another direction or a different, heightened emotions means there's more to discover and more to heal and you will to approach these in an intimate setting where I can help guide you through them and feel safe through the process.
