I’ve been thinking about shapes lately, and what they say about the way we move through the world.


Circles. Squares. Edges. Corners.


This episode starts with a personality test where I picked the “wrong” shape, moves into a moment with my brother that surprised me, and lands in my classroom, where I see every day how much safety comes from knowing where something begins, where you are in the middle, and when it’s done.


This isn’t about being rigid or inflexible.

It’s about why chaos feels like chaos to some of us, and why structure, boundaries, and clear edges can feel like kindness.


This is a reflection on peace, identity, and learning to pause instead of spiral.


And honestly, there’s nothing wrong with being a square.
