Arunima Sinha is the first woman amputee to scale Mount Everest. Despite extremely low odds of succeeding and everyone around her demotivating her from climbing, Arunima stayed true to her goal and did the impossible. Had she not lost a leg in a gruesome train accident, she might never have climbed Mount Everest. That she did, and went on even while running dangerously low on oxygen in the ‘death zone’ is testament to her depth of resolve. She tells the riveting story of her battle against the mountain and how she met Bechandri Pal to achieve her goal.
