Today I’m starting my chats with artists in Surrey, and I start here in Walton with a talented friend, artist and painter- Candida Woolley.
Candida had developed her passion for art as a child inspired by the masters and her mother. She trained as an architect and lead several London projects before taking classes in Wimbledon Art College. it was here her art journey developed, painting in oils on large canvases across landscapes and portraits, through lockdown and hours of walks. She now exhibits in Aldebrough and Guildford each year - her paintings are available to buy on Instagram and she works from her studio in Walton.
