Last week I practised some Yoga on the beach, Hatha Yoga to be more specific and I really enjoyed it, it was a sort of, I guess you could say ‘break’ from the usual type of exercise I do, which is usually running and weight training.
Now I’ll be honest with you, I was complete and utter pants.
I like to think I’m in fairly decent shape, I’m definitely quite fit, but my balance, core strength and especially my flexibility is awful…and doing Yoga last week made this quite clear.
So here's my 5-minute take on it.
