I didn't think awards really mattered!  This is what I actually learned.

It is really rewarding to be recognised at the recent Peterborough Telegraph Business Excellence Awards as the 'Young Entrepreneur' of the year.  Getting the recognition really made me realise why recognition is so important and how you may be missing the importance of providing it to others in your life.
