[SOLO] Today I give 5 lessons in 5 minutes of what I learned from taking social media and phone breaks.
1. I have the power to take back the control
2. Breaking the habit of being on your phone, to be watching TV, or binging on Netflix. It's the same as not leaving your phone in the first place.
3. Create more, consume less.
4. Help your loved ones creating more.
5. No matter how many social media breaks I take. These habit-forming products are designed to be addictive.
