May is Mental Health Awareness month.

The way the universe works this weeks guest was chosen before knowing what the month would entail, and yet it aligns perfectly. This week we are blessed to have the presence of a young black man named Pat. He talked with Sincere & Dre' about his relationship with alcohol and other hindering substances. His journey to sobriety is one like many where he had to lose himself and others to find who he was truly meant to be. Your mind is a muscle that needs to be exercised and treated with proper care or we will become detrimental to ourselves.
Though the road is still muddy ahead Pat has hope for his future after finding his passion and opening his mind to a new way of living.
