There is so much we discussed that it's impossible to 'summarize' all that we spoke of.

The greatest take away for me, in the most powerful sense, is when Misha shared her experience of looking at herself in the mirror, realized she didn't like what she saw or felt.  That was only the beginning of her new journey.  A journey that started with questions.  Internal questions she asked herself.  She began hearing her internal answers through breaking away from her life of expectations to a place of silence and new spiritual practices.

It took great courage, in her own words, to wite her book, Gateway to the Soul.  How often are we too afraid to corageously step forward and listen to our still inner voice that is trying to direct us to become our best selves.  Misha shares about her courage to change her life.  A life she knew needed change.
