It's just that? Vanity? For sure.

Health concerns? Fleeting, but yes.

Is it hard in middle age? Of course!   But I have learned this. You can be sexy no matter your size. You just have to feel healthy with yourself. Comfortable with your own skin.  It's hard. But we are all killing it in our own way.  Let's keep it up.
