Do you ever feel like you can’t trust the people you live with but you just don’t know why? I lived with my mom and my older sister Jenny. I was fourteen years old and I had never met my dad. My mom always told me that he died in a freak accident when I was a baby. Whenever I asked her to explain she told me that the details were too horrific to describe.

Although we lived in a single parent household, we had a lot of money. Our house was huge and I was allowed to buy anything I wanted. I didn’t have an allowance really – I could just go to my mom’s purse and take whatever I wanted – including her credit cards.
