Welcome BACK to Talks with Tine! It’s been a minute since we last touched base.
After taking some time off podcasting, I started to think about how podcasts have become so perfectly curated, from the music to the sponsorships to the interviews, and decided to turn Talks with Tine into a “BeReal” podcast to ignite a change in making audio as authentic and vulnerable as possible.
It’s easy to sound happy, well-spoken, and perfectly on cue when you can edit your voice to have no filler words, pauses, cries, sniffles, etc. That said…bring on the sniffles, the “likes,” the "umms," and the awkward pauses as I gather my thoughts.
Today’s podcast was recorded on October 14th, 2022, and if you read the title of this episode, I’m sure you can guess the significance of that date...
So much magic has happened since this recording, but I felt it was still necessary to share rock bottom as part 1 before sharing the silver lining as part 2 (coming later this month).
*If you or anyone in your network has been laid off recently, please get in touch with me. I would love to be a resource, reference, or sounding board for the next move!
