I got schooled by a 15 year old!

My name is Xavier Scruggs. I've played professional baseball across the globe. I've played on teams all over the United States, in Korea, in Columbia, and Mexico. Through it all I've seen the same intangible skills distinguish top performers. Discipline, confidence, and gratitude are relevant no matter what side of the world you're on. I believe they're the key ingredients to wellness and success. I want to put that theory to the test with this show by talking to people in different fields operating at a high level and see if they agree. Who is it that separates themselves from their peers?
