I Gotta Feeling...
"Yet it is no mistake that to suffer means to feel keenly. For to feel deeply and precisely with full awareness is what opens us to both joy and sorrow. It is the capacity to feel keenly that reveals the meaning in our experiences." Mark Nepo
Are you aware of how you are feeling?Do you feel overwhelmed? Irritated? Disconnected? Angry?
Emotions/Feelings are light houses. They are directional signs for us. They alert us to keep going, change directions or to STOP.
Sometimes, the "pushing through" doesn't allow us to actually KNOW how we are feeling. And that is typically when we make rash decisions or have emotional outbursts or participate in some sort of self harm.
Join me on this week's podcast to discuss emotions, becoming aware of them and tools to navigate them.
Enjoy!Jen
If you are so inclined, would you leave a review and/or subscirbe? The more you share, the more we get to help others. Thank you!
As ALWAYS, thank you to my husband that produces this podcasts and edits out ALL my do-overs AND to Joe Seiders for the beautiful music... just WOW!
