Hey family,

Some of the most crushing insults we ever receive come from parents, teachers, or friends—but there’s nothing more debilitating than the kind of language we use on ourselves. This is self-hatred. A negative script that runs through our mind can make it impossible to move forward in relationships, find a new job, even dream for better things. This week we’re going to be talking about self-hatred, and how the gospel can banish that awful concept from our lives. Please come and bring a friend.
