While I am not ready to make an announcement yet, I would like to talk to you about having the courage to dare to dream and reach forward, even in such uncertain times.

In some ways, this is as much a pep talk for me as it is for you. Our capacity to dream of a future we want to see is vital for us to actually build that better future for ourselves and others.
