At age 42 yrs old I’m giving the diagnosis of ADHD after decades of myself and parents when younger trying to get me diagnosis. It’s rare to be diagnosed with adhd but I was fortunate to have a childhood history still on record with all my notes and broken bones. I jumped out of a 30ft window when I was 11 yrs old for fun and fractured my back. I was lucky to have compress fracture but before that I had also broken my collarbone elbow wrist ankle all on separate occasions but the doctors told my mum it be cheese she tried to tell them I didn’t have much E numbers but as you can see it wasn’t discovered. My life is chaotic but lucky to have a job that suits it.
