I Have Come Down From Heaven

Who is God? Is God Love? Why then people experience disasters, destructions, unbearable pain of famine and war. What does the bible say about His love towards His creation?  " Jonah 4: 2 .. Therefore I fled previously to Tarshish; for I know that You are a GRACIOUS AND MERCIFUL GOD, SLOW TO ANGER AND ABUNDANT IN LOVING KINDNESS, ONE WHO RELENTS FROM DOING HARM."   Prophet Joel said, " So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the Lord your God, For HE IS GRACIOUS AND MERCIFUL, SLOW TO ANGER AND OF GREAT IN KINDNESS AND HE RELENTS FROM DOING HARM."
