Conversations with women about when it’s not f*cking fine.

It’s a small phrase that doesn’t 
really mean anything. It slips off the tongue with ease. 

But is it really as harmless as it seems? 

If you take a moment to think about all the times you’ve said it, all the times you tried to talk about something important, to reach out, to seek help, but stopped yourself before you’ve even started, with that one toxic little phrase, you begin to see its real effect. 

But it isn’t fine, not any more, 
and that’s ok… 

because we’re here to talk about it.
