At one point or another, all of us have had a complicated relationship with our bodies—what we think about them, how we see them, and how we treat them. There may be no other time when we feel more angst about our body image than in our teenage years. That's why we take some time to remind students their body is good and help them be kind to themselves just as God is kind to them.
