After everything that has happened since I arrived in Costa Rica, I’m feeling numb. I’m trying to make sense of everything while also being present in my business as a leader to my team and a mentor to my clients. But nothing is clicking. 

I’m just glad that I have a team I can lean on, stable systems that can work without me, and friends and family who keep showering me with so much love and support. 

I’m in a bad place right now, but I haven’t given up.
