Speaking up and Speaking Out--   

I can’t speak for  others, but I can speak to the thousands of students who came through my classroom door: I taught you better. You know better. To defend the president’s policies and actions are your  hard choices. But, to defend the division, anger, and hatred that he is instigating is wrong…regardless of your politics; regardless of your distaste for the political opposition. And the hard truth is you can’t separate a leaders actions from his words.
