This is a coaching call with Charlotte who is a salon owner from the North of England. Charlotte's owned her own salon for over 3 years. She has 4 team members and 6 chairs.

The challenge she has, is that she never seems to be able to "get ahead". She can't find the time to do all the necessary tasks to run the business while also looking after a very busy clientele.
Even though she has a great team, she has struggled to find more stylists that can deliver the level of service she wants.

She just wants to feel in control and know the salon is growing and making money!
