Motorcycles? Severe PTSD? Hockey? Fashion tips? Mental Health? Cheap beer or good bourbon? Relationships? Self awareness? I know a thing or two…. The rest I’ll make up!!! I’m a combat vet, who just recently accepted the diagnosis of SEVERE PTSD. I’ve been attending therapy, both personal and group, while juggling medical retirement from a branch of the Armed services and parenting from 1,000 miles away. Some call me cynical and irreverent.  I was once told by a cashier at the Piggly Wiggly that she would 10 out of 10 smash.  I’m still not sure if that was a compliment or a threat.   Come, join me in a light hearted journey of a very serious subject: hockey!   And we’ll talk about Motorsickles and music.   And maybe, we’ll look at dealing with mental illness and the path forward.
