She likes people who are authentic, who have gone through a challenge and come out the other side, all the better for having gone through it. - an opportunity for growth.  That’s Ellen Burgan, Confidence and Joy Coach, this week’s guest.  And if you’ve been listening to this podcast then you know that kind of talk is right up my alley.  Maybe that’s why I was drawn to Ellen on Instagram.  Kindred spirits and all that.

After 30 years in the business world, having raised children who are now independent, as Ellen put it, she was not ready to get out her knitting needles just yet.  Of course that’s a playful way to say she still wanted to do something, something of service.  And that is what she has done.  Ellen listened to the nudges and found her way into doing the thing she loves doing.  Coaching others into confidence and joy.
