Matthew 4:1-11. Jesus is led to be tempted by the devil. In His temptation, Jesus remains steadfast and committed to faithfully following His Father. Jesus' temptation has more significance to us than simply identifying with our weakness; Christ is faithful when we are not and is actively pursuing substance to address our weakness.
