Biography

Ruth has been a yoga and meditation teacher for over 14 years, and

guiding others as a mindset and life coach for 8 years.  She started

living out her dreams by opening her own yoga studio which she had for

11 years, and now teaches yoga and meditation online in addition for her

full-time coaching business.  Her divorce in 2010 was the catalyst for

her own reclamation and since then she has been passionate about helping

women heal their stories and reclaim their true selves so they can live

their most fulfilled lives.  

While she loves to dive deep, she also enjoys finding the simple pleasures in daily life 

(which usually includes green tea, dark chocolate, red wine, and a good snuggle with her dog and/or husband).
