1 John 5:14, NIV 

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to   his will, he hears us.

Thoughts will tell you, "Your prayers make no difference." "You're wasting your time when you get your hopes up, believing you're going to get well." "You've had the addiction so long that you'll never break it." Don't believe those lies. When you pray, the Creator of the universe goes to work. The answer may not happen on your timetable or come in the way you thought, but He is a faithful God. What He promised you, He will bring to pass.  Isa 55:11 NIV“…My word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” says he that is true and faithful. You may have been waiting for a long time, but down in your spirit you must have a resolve, a confidence, an expectation. Just believe and say “I know the answer is on the way.” 

I know the miracle is in motion. I asked according to God's will. I know He heard me. It's just a matter of time before it shows up." Don't talk yourself out of it. Don't let delays, disappointments, or detours cause you to give up on what God put in your heart. The answer is on the way and right on time.

Father, thank You for the privilege of coming to You, the Creator of the universe, and being able to ask You for the things You have put on my heart. Thank You that You hear me and are faithful to bring Your will to pass. I believe and declare that the answer is on the way. In Jesus' Name, Amen
