In 2017 after Hitting Rock Bottom I knew it was time to finally get the help I needed. From being a Latina where mental Health or being different wasn’t allowed it took a lot for me to say I need help. Now I’ve been sober for 6 years and finally feeling freedom. This podcast is here to help others who might struggle or question things that your not alone. This is a non scripted safe space for all to listen and take what you need or want from it.
