Melissa Ricker is a former nuclear engineer she is a mother of 2 boys and they reside at the" Ricker" ranch in a small Texas town outside of Houston.   She decided to leave the corporate world and work hard to find a solution online.  She has come up with a proven blueprint for moms to work strategically and feel empowered to make those hard life choices they really strive to achieve. Her desire is for no mom to have to choose between her family and a paycheck.  Melissa is helping moms launch and automate their businesses so they can live life and make money at the same time.
