Alex starts off the episode right after inhaling smelling salts. With high energy, Alex talks about how he now likes smelling salts. A little crazy. Alex describes the spike of adrenaline as being similar to a roller coaster which he loves. Then, making plans to give his room a make over. Alex, is considering a number of possibilities like either buying a desk or making one, buying a tv or monitor, and finally buying a gaming pc or building one. A lot of options which he is unsure of. To end the podcast, Alex talks about his current feelings. Alex feels as if he doesn't currently have someone to go to and is learning to accept that his feelings are valid and not wrong.
