#168 - When Jack first joined the Forging Elite Fathers, he wasn't a big fan of working out or tracking nutrition. And in the past, Jack relied heavily on cardio to lose weight, and he never really paid attention to his nutrition beyond just cutting calories. As such, he didn't eat enough protein, never focused on building muscle, and always ended up looking "skinny fat" when he previously lost weight.
