We are back like we never left! In this long awaited podcast we sat down with Artiase "Tia" Brown. We talk about The I Love Me Campaign and all of the amazing services she provides for women. Tia is from the DMV area has virtual and in-person events. Tia is a mother to 2 beautiful daughters she said they are her inspiration behind "TILMC" She wants to educate her daughters, the girls, and women around her about the importance and necessity of self love.

Tia’s creates monthly challenges to keep us motivated and moving. Her 2 most recent challenges were 100 toe taps a day and 100 jumps a day with a jump rope.
