In this podcast, I am going to shed some light on why, when and how often most of us say I Love You. I will also talk about how emotional we can become when we rarely hear "I Love You".  If someone rarely tells you that they love you, does that mean that they don't love you enough or at all? Well, I deal with this issue and decided to search within in hopes of getting answers. Well, I may not have all the answers, but I feel so much better after realizing that It's written all over my face and I don't have to say a word.  From now on, I will not say I love you to a person who finds it hard to say the words back, I will let their actions as well as my own speak for us.
