Hello community 🖖🏼😁 I hope everyone is very well; This time I have come to share a creative DIY that I made using some curious (empty) champagne boxes that they gave me. Last week a cousin who works in a wine distributor brought me three peculiar empty boxes, he told me that when he saw them he thought of me and that I could put those boxes to creative use, as soon as I saw them a box came to mind great idea to do. Hola comunidad 🖖🏼😁 espero todos se encuentren muy bien; en esta oportunidad he venido a compartir un creativo bricolaje que realice utilizando unas curiosas cajas de champagne (vacias) que me regalaron. La semana pasada un primo que trabaja en un distribuidora de vinos, me trajo tres peculiares cajas vacías, me dijo que cuando la vió pensó en mi y que yo podría darle un uso creativo a esas cajas, apena las vi me llego a la mente una grandiosa idea para realizar.
I decided that I would make a small drawer to store some things that I have on my work table and that hinder me when working, for example the paints and tools that I use to make my artistic creations, it would be very useful to have some drawers to store them while I'm not using them. Decidí que haría un pequeño gavetero para guardar algunas cosas que tengo en mi mesa de trabajo y que me obstaculizan a la hora de trabajar, por ejemplo las pinturas y Herramientas que utilizo para hacer mis creaciones artísticas, me resultaría muy útil tener unas gavetas para guardarlas mientras no las estoy utilizando.
First, I structured in my mind the idea of how I would do it, then I started looking for the parts I needed to leave a separation between the boxes, it occurred to me to use a broomstick, cut 8 pieces of 1cm and fix them with silicone to leave a separation between the boxes and that thus allows me to open each one of the drawers without any complication. Primero estructure en mí mente la idea de como lo haría, despues empecé a buscar las partes que necesitaba para dejar una separación entre las cajas, se me ocurrió utilizar un palo de escoba, corte 8 pedazos de 1cm y los fije con silicón para dejar una separación entre las cajas y que así me permite abrir cada una de las gavetas sin ninguna complicación.
To fix the boxes on the wall, I got an aluminum angle that I had here at home, I cut it to the size of the three boxes together and I made several holes where I was going to introduce the screws that secure the boxes and those that fix everything to the wall. Para fijar las cajas en la pared, conseguí un angulo de aluminio que tenía aquí en la casa, lo corte a la medida de las tres cajas juntas y le hice varías perforaciones por donde iba a introducir los tornillos que aseguren las cajas y los que fijen todo a la pared.
Before fixing it to the wall, assemble everything to see how it would look and also take advantage of taking the measurements of where I was going to make the holes in the wall to hold the angles. Lastly, I did the assembly and adjusted everything so that it has a lot of resistance and will not come unstuck as soon as weight begins to enter the drawers; The boxes have a very resistant cardboard, so I know that they will not be firm where I position them. Antes de fijarlo a la pared arme todo para ver como se vería y también aproveche de sacar las medidas de donde iba a hacer las perforaciones en la pared para sujetar los ángulos. Por último hice el montaje y ajuste todo para que tenga mucha resistencia y no se vaya a despegar en lo que le empiece a introducir peso en la gavetas; las cajas tienen un cartón muy resisten por eso se que no se van a estar firmes allí donde las posicione.
This is how my new chest of drawers turned out to store the work tools, soon I plan to make a drawing on the front of each drawer, but that will take me a little time, I will be publishing the progress of that project very soon; So far I am very happy with the result of this creative idea 😋. In this video I wanted to add my voice talking a little about how I did the whole process, but this week I've had a bit of a cold and when I made the audio recording it didn't sound good at all, I decided better to leave a background track to set the scene for the audiovisual, I've been wanting to change my videos a little for a while now, but it will be another time that I do it just like I have in mind; I hope you like this post, good vibes 🖖🏼. Así quedó mi nuevo gavetero para guardar las herramientas de trabajo, pronto tengo pensado hacerles un dibujo en el frente de cada gaveta, pero eso me va a llevar un poco de tiempo, estaré publicando los avances de ese proyecto muy pronto; por ahora estoy muy feliz con el resultado de esta idea creativa 😋. En este vídeo quería agregar mí voz hablando un poco de como hice todo el proceso, pero esta semana he estado un poco engripado y cuando hice la grabación del audio no se escuchaba nada bien, decidí mejor dejar una pista de fondo para ambientar el audiovisual, desde hace un tiempo que quiero cambiar un poco mis vídeos, pero sera en otra ocasión que lo haga así como tengo pensado; espero que este post sea de su agrado, buenas vibras 🖖🏼.
