The antidote to despair is action. I've been so mentaly hijacked by civic affairs that it's difficult to turn my focus toard my work. So I have no alternative but to take action out of that state of mind, because what we resist will persist. Ergo, focusing on civic matters must be part of my work.

Prior to becoming a coach, as a theater artist, especially a playwright, the personal was political. In my experience, our lives are a microcosm of our social constructs and politics at large.
