The miraculous healing power of Jesus is available at any time, even on the Sabbath. When we are "blind" to Jesus having never heard of Him or knowing Him in anyway we have an excuse, but once we "See" and have heard of Jesus, heard His words we no longer can claim to be blind to our faults, our sins, or our ignorance of the Lord.
