I Quit the Gym and Took up Qigong Instead

I've never felt like I really fit in at the gym and I never quite found the right martial art that worked for me. There was just no sports activity that truly satisfied me and at the same time gave me what I was looking for in terms of stamina, strength, endurance and overall well-being until I discovered Qigong.
