Well well well here we are, episode number twenty, it feels a bit special so I did something a bit special.

I handed over hosting duties to ep. 19 guest Megan McCormack and she gave me the I Remember My First Podcast treatment or at least her version of it.

With this episode I've decided to put things on pause for a while and we'll call this the end of series one for this podcast.

In part one of this episode I reflect on the podcast and some of the other creative work that has come with it, childhood, friendships and therapy amongst other things.

In part two we do the usual album, film and drink and Megan adds her own questions in and asks me the one person I'd go for a meal with and whether I'm a night owl or a day walker.

I really enjoyed being on the other side of the mic and I hope you enjoy it as well and thank you for listening.

My guest this week, Chris Spencer aka 'Ginge' is a man who loves his travel, so much we decided to make an episode all about his travels. 

In part one, Chris tells us how he got the travelling bug, his experiences in South America, his second home in Colombia and the highs and lows of his travelling lifestyle.

Part two goes back to the usual album, film and drink formula and Ginge tells about some of his favourite football memories with his question from a former guest.

For this episode I sat down with Alexandre Saraiva, Eduardo Parreira, Leonor Costa and Filipa Crisóstomo to talk about all things Portugal!

This weeks guest Kieran Sangha was gracious enough to have me on his own podcast, Back to the Books and I'm more than happy to return the favour with this episode.

There is also a short tribute to my dear friend Tom Eckles who passed away seven years ago this week and how his friendship was so pivotal to me and so many others. Tom is actually the handsome fella next to me in the cover for this episode if that helps you all.
