I first want to start off by saying that Im sorry that I haven't uploaded this past week, In light of not doing so I decided the best course of action would just be to upload three podcasts this week!! 

Today I spend time discussing opinions, and why they should be left at that, nothing more nothing less. It's better that way "in my opinion". No, but honestly opinions cause so much stress, aggravation and unnecessary feelings when we could avoid the feelings all together by simply just acknowledging our opinions and carrying on.
