Stephen Cousins is an endurance machine. Some of you might recognize the name from the running and cycling platform called Zwift, or from his Youtube channels Film My Run and Zwift Run Live. Very recently, he participated in the inaugural race for UTMB Val D'Aran in the Pyrenees, and came to tell his story to the show, for which I am very grateful.

Elizabeth Clor wanted nothing more than to qualify for the prestigious Boston Marathon. Dead set on achieving this goal, she found herself bound up in a vicious cycle of perfectionism and anxiety that thwarted her at every turn, despite making significant gains in her physical abilities over seven years. Most recently, she became injured after a cycling accident, and came back to running using a run walk run approach.

Brian is an average Joe (he describes himself that way) who started running to honor his mother and set himself up to do the most incredible thing: run 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days 'a la Michael Wardian' to raise funds for American Cancer Society. This is the story of how that came to be.
I will be doing my part to help Brian and ACS by donating all the proceeds of my YouTube channel ads in January. Please consider doing your part too... so many folks cannot afford treatment in America, and with Covid, fundraising has declined tremendously. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this video on FB or Twitter, or text it to your friends... maybe someone you know can donate. Even the little things will help.
