My name is Xavier Scruggs. I've played professional baseball across the globe. I've played on teams all over the United States, in Korea, in Columbia, and Mexico. Through it all I've seen the same intangible skills distinguish top performers. Discipline, confidence, and gratitude are relevant no matter what side of the world you're on. I believe they're the key ingredients to wellness and success.
