How many times have you told someone you're doing okay when you're really not?

In this episode, I open up about the reality behind one of the most common responses we give when we're struggling. After loss, grief, heartbreak, depression, or simply carrying the weight of life, it becomes easier to tell people "I'm good" than to explain what we're actually feeling.

I talk about the challenges that come with grief, the pressure to appear strong, and how loneliness can exist even when you're surrounded by people. Sometimes we stop being honest because we're tired of repeating ourselves. Sometimes we don't want to feel like a burden. And sometimes we genuinely don't know how to explain what we're going through.

This is a raw and honest conversation about what happens when you're surviving on the outside but struggling on the inside.
