This meditation is the meditation for seeing light in all. I use it when I need to be reminded of our oneness and release the pretences I’ve put upon others. We all have a shared essence beyond our physical sight. Reconnecting to another person’s spiritual essence release them of the judgement and stories we’ve put on them.
