Bex is a business coach working with solopreneurs + creatives on the practicalities of business growth. Her existing audience had either already been to the webinar or weren't coming. She needed fresh eyes + a system to get them there. We went live + mapped out the whole thing - how to repackage the same webinar to bring people back with a fresh mindset, how to build a pre + post sequence that moves people from registration to attendance to call booking, + why 69k of revenue from one of my own workshops came almost entirely from what happened after the event ended.
