We find great enjoyment in singing the great truths that Isaac Watts penned and set to music by many different composers.  Regardless the composer, the hymns are uplifting and glorify God.  While we find enjoyment in our day, it wasn't also so for Isaac's work.  Early on, there was great controversy about the singing of his hymns in church.  Eventually, the tide turned and we participate in the blessing of his work.  Listen closely and sing heartily.
