Greetings everybody, today, i sit down with the head curator of the renowned Williams Humphry Gallery, Khehla Chepape Makgato. Our conversation states off with his work on the exciting Art Writers Residency in collaboration with Sol Plaatje University. Chepape speaks about how this initiative aims to celebrate and foster the diversity and richness of African art and literature. His own writing is also a testament to this, as he is currently working on a collection of stories that sheds light on the harsh realities of subsistence local diamond mines in the area of Kimberley.
