This week I open the show with a heartfelt rant about Valentine’s Day… because yes, I still hate it. I break down why the holiday feels forced, overhyped, and low-key performative, and I get into my annual monologue about love, expectations, and the pressure to participate.
Then I pivot into something way more personal. I recently found out that somewhere along the line, my last name was spelled wrong — and I just discovered how it was originally meant to be spelled. I talk about what that realization felt like, and what it means to find out a piece of your identity may have been altered generations ago.
Love, lineage, and a little frustration. Just another week on the mic. 🎙️
