Catherine Caine lives with Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and fibromyalgia. As much of her disability isn't visible to a casual observer, it's a struggle to make others understand her needs and respect her boundaries. Now she's working to help others feel empowered to get the support and assistance they need.
